Ashish, born in Pune an Indian Irish who soul deeply immersed in the rich tapestry of coffee culture. Over the past 3-4 years, Ashish has traversed the coffee landscapes of Europe and beyond, studying the art and science of coffee. His dedication has earned him the prestigious title of an Authorized Specialty Coffee Trainer. Ashish brings a unique blend of cultural influences, a wealth of knowledge, and a passion for coffee that is truly infectious. With him at the helm, we embark on a journey to redefine specialty coffee in Pune and beyond.
